PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. It is recognised as a leading project management method by both the UK Government and the private sector worldwide. The PRINCE2 method is in the public domain, enabling anyone to use it. However, PRINCE2 qualifications are owned and administered by AXELOS Ltd. AXELOS offers two levels of PRINCE2 certification: Foundation and Practitioner. The PRINCE2 Foundation level qualification demonstrates that you have learned the PRINCE2 principles and terminology. The PRINCE2 Practitioner level qualification demonstrates that you can apply PRINCE2 to support the running of a successful project within an organisational environment that supports its principles and processes. ----------- PRINCE2 certification helps individuals and organizations manage risk and deliver successful projects. It is a flexible approach that can be applied to any type of project. The PRINCE2 method is based on seven principles, seven themes and seven processes.
