How to Learn Computers & Technology
'Computers and technology' is a huge field, so the first step is figuring out which part you actually want — using computers well, building software, managing networks and systems, cybersecurity, hardware, or data. Your path differs a lot depending on the answer, so sample a few areas before committing.
Whatever the direction, build a foundation in how computers actually work: files and operating systems, the internet, and basic problem-solving and 'computational thinking.' From there, learn by doing real projects in your chosen area — building a PC, writing code, setting up a home server, whatever fits. Technology changes fast, so the durable skill isn't any single tool but learning how to learn: reading documentation, troubleshooting methodically, and staying curious as the tools evolve.
