Joel doesn't recommend this
Completed it
Student's grade: 1st
For: Supplementing school materials
To complete: 30-60 minutes
Liked: Simple controls, introduces basic science concepts
Didn't like: Just not much to actually do

It did a nice job of introducing some basic science concepts like how shadows work and how a ramp's angle affects the speed of something rolling down it, but there just wasn't anything to do after that. My first-grader was pretty much done with it after 30 minutes. It might hold the attention of a pre-schooler for up to an hour, but don't expect kids to get a whole lot out of this.
