What is Life Sciences?
Life sciences is the study of living organisms, including their structure, function, growth, evolution, and distribution. The life sciences encompass a wide range of disciplines, including biology, botany, zoology, ecology, evolutionary biology, and genetics.
The study of life sciences provides students with a deep understanding of the natural world and the complex processes that govern it. In addition to acquiring knowledge about the biology of plants and animals, students of life sciences also learn about the ecology of ecosystems, the evolution of species, and the genetic makeup of living things. The life sciences offer students a unique perspective on the interconnectedness of all life on Earth.
