Vineeth Subramanyam is a global food enthusiast, self-taught chef and cookbook author living in San Francisco, CA. Vineeth got interested in cooking as a teenager and since then, has had the opportunity to travel extensively around the world and sample a wide assortment of cuisines. Through the years, Vineeth has contributed recipes for cookbooks, helped organize cook-offs and expanded his cooking repertoire with a global perspective. Vineeth wrote his first book, Everyday Cooking for Beginners while attending The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Today, as a corporate business leader, Vineeth is all too familiar with the ubiquity as well as the monotony of eating out. In his second book, Eat & Greet, Vineeth shares a set of twelve themed menus with about 100 recipes - enough for a year of monthly entertaining or to turn everyday meals into special occasions.
