Reviews of Digital Photography Made Easy: Straightforward Advice
Amy Emerson recommends this
Did not complete it
Student's grade: College
For: Hobby / just interested
Liked: Cheap, explains concepts in simple terms.
Didn't like: Light on information.

This book does exactly what the cover says. It explains many different photography terms and concepts all in simple language in about 2 pages a piece. This makes it a good quick read for amateur photographers like myself, but probably not that helpful for someone with any background in photography. Also, it focuses on the camera features and printing but spends very little time on how to set up the shot to take a good picture.
