Coaching Conversations

In this class you will deepen your understanding of the essential practice of coaching conversations. We will explore in depth how to prepare for and communicate as a coach in different types of coaching conversations— with top performers, with those who have performance gaps, and those who are difficult or non-performing. You will watch videos of each type of conversation to observe ideal, and less than ideal, coaching conversations.
