What is Statistics & Probability?
Statistics is the practice or science of collecting and analyzing numerical data in large quantities and drawing conclusions from it. The term statistics refers to the data collected, while the term probability refers to the likelihood that an event will occur.
Probability is the branch of mathematics that deals with the analysis of random events. Probability is used to determine the likelihood that an event will occur. Probability is also used to analyze the behavior of random variables.
