Worldmapper

Worldmapper is a collaborative project that publishes cartograms — world maps in which each territory is resized according to a chosen variable rather than its physical area. Founded by researchers at the University of Sheffield and now maintained with the University of Oxford, it offers hundreds of free maps covering population, health, environment, economics and culture.
