Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals checks and validates your fundamental knowledge of cloud services and how Microsoft Azure provides the cloud services, irrespective of any specific role. Exam AZ-900 is for candidates looking to demonstrate working knowledge - foundation level of cloud services and how these services are offered by Microsoft Azure.

Who should take the AZ-900 exam?

• This is an exam for people of non-technical backgrounds, like those in the sales and marketing and purchase of cloud-based solutions, or anyone who has some involvement with cloud-based solutions.
• Technical professionals can take this exam to demonstrate their working knowledge of cloud-based services and solutions.

What are the prerequisites to take the exam?

No Technical IT experience, is, however, required to take this certification. Some general IT knowledge or experience is always helpful.  While this exam serves as a precursor to other Microsoft Exam certification of Azure services, it is not a pre-requisite before taking any other Azure-based Certification.
