Lulu Tiny Tunes

Lulu Tiny Tunes is a free YouTube channel of animated songs for toddlers and preschoolers. The songs follow two characters, Lula and Tito, along with their family and friends, and are sung in English.

Most of the videos are movement songs. Titles such as Animal Freeze Dance, Dinosaur Dance and the Adventure Day songs ask children to clap, stomp, run, jump and freeze along with the characters, which makes them useful for a burst of activity indoors. Other songs are about family and friends, farm and jungle animals, and simple counting. The channel organizes its videos into playlists, including one for dance and movement songs and one for story time, and it posts both full-length songs and short clips.

The channel is new and small, with a few dozen videos at the time we reviewed it, so expect a limited library rather than hours of content.

As with any YouTube channel, families should watch with their child or use a supervised setting, since YouTube may suggest other videos and show ads around the content.

Lulu Tiny Tunes suits parents and caregivers of young children who want short, cheerful songs for singing and moving together, and preschool teachers looking for a movement break or a circle-time song with simple actions children can copy.
