3rd Grade Curriculum

In the third grade, students will continue to build on the reading, writing, and math skills they learned in previous years. They will learn to read more complicated texts and write longer essays. Additionally, they will learn more sophisticated math concepts and begin to work with fractions and decimals. Science will focus on life cycles and plants, while social studies will introduce students to Ancient Greece.
