Didn't like: Sometimes it is a little long-winded, but overall an excellent read.

I suffered from anxiety and postpartum depression. This workbook was recommended by my therapist and has done wonders with changing how I view myself and the rest of the world. It provides helpful breathing techniques and strategies for changing how you think during times when anxiety hits. I would recommend this book to anyone who wishes to take control of their anxiety.
